Carpretty Petit Outdoor Rug

The Carpretty Petit Outdoor Rug was designed by Marta Veludo for the brand Fatboy.

Marta Veludo runs her own studio in Amsterdam and takes inspiration from folk art, pop culture, and the wide range of styles found on the internet and in popular retail outlets. She uses a bold brushstroke to cut through design conventions, and creates fabric prints, kids' products, and designs which she's happy to describe as a "tutti frutti" mash up with contemporary appeal.

This Carpretty Petit Outdoor Rug has a flat weave structure and an unusual, modern tiger pattern that's sure to appeal. This durable rug feels soft underfoot and has a pile depth of 1cm and a weight of 4.2kg. It measures 230cm in length and 160cm in width and is also available in a larger size. The rug is fabricated using multi-level weaving techniques, which is why it feels so soft. The edging has contrast appeal and the rug is branded with the Fatboy logo in red. The rug is perfect for indoor or outdoor use as it's made from 100% polypropylene, which is both UV resistant and waterproof. The rug is non-slip and anti static, and is easy to maintain and clean.
