The elegant Bell Coffee Table Steel has been designed by Stebastian Herkner for the German design label ClassiCon. Herkner is a young designer who founded his own studio in 2006. Since then, his innovative designs and concepts have won him numerous national and international awards including the German Design Award for best newcomer in 2011 and the prestigious Red Dot Award for his design of the Bell Table.

The Bell Coffee Table Steel turns everything you thought you knew about furniture design on its head. The base is made of delicate, lightweight glass, on top of which sits a sturdy table top of steel which appears to be floating above the base. The bell-shaped base has been handcrafted using the traditional method of hand blowing and using a wooden mould to create the unique shape. Each table is made individually with intricacies such as bubbles and small indentations adding to the character of the table and reflecting the light in a stunning fashion making the piece a stunning focal point.

The Bell Coffee Table Steel has a height of 36cm and a diameter of 76cm, making it a discreet yet impressively eye-catching addition to any room.
