Angui Coatstand

The Angui Coatstand was designed by the in-house staff for the brand AYTM.

Blending aesthetics and practicality is characteristic of AYTM, which is a venture of husband and wife team Kathrine and Per Gran Hartvigsen. The Hartvigsens set out to create everyday items for professional or home use which infuse elements of luxury and the finest insights of Danish design. Their work is diverse and impressive, varying from tablewear to lanterns. But their intelligent apparel storage products are among the finest examples of what the pair can achieve, including the extremely appealing Angui Coatstand.

Strikingly pure in composition, this coat stand is also supremely practical. It offers both a source of visual delight and a place to store outdoor clothing so that it's ready to wear whenever the need arises. Coming in a no-frills but highly attractive anthracite tone, the Angui coatstand offers a simple rack arrangement, with space to attach hangers, and hooks for coats to rest upon. It stands 180cm tall, so there's ample space for work jackets, parkas, waterproofs - whatever you and your family need to store. The frame has been made from sturdy but slender steel, while the product is securely anchored by a black marble base.
